1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an UGVAULT account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of audio, video, beats, and other content you upload. You grant UGVAULT a non-exclusive license to host, display, and stream that content on the platform.
3. Acceptable Use
No infringing material, no harassment, no spam, no automated voting. Violations may result in removal and account termination.
4. Privacy
We store your account info, profile, uploads, and engagement data to operate the service. We don't sell your personal data. Anonymous view metrics use hashed identifiers.
5. Payments
License purchases, subscriptions, and boosts are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe's standard window unless otherwise stated.
